Hi! My husband and I will be moving to the Santa Rosa Beach area. Our daughter attends a great private school here and we would love for her to attend Seaside, but she will only be in JK this fall. Where is a school that she can attend that usu. ends up at Seaside? We are looking in the $450,000 range. Is there a gated community near the beach at this price, if not gated, a safe, friendly community south of 98?
