WaterColor, Florida, located in the Florida Panhandle, along beautiful Hwy. 30A is bustling with new construction and lots of sales activity. More WaterColor Info . The infographic below shows fairly stable prices since 2009, with a dip in number of sales in 2010. The average sales price, however, must be explained. WaterColor introduced a “lower priced” product in phase 4 (east of Hwy. 395). The average sales price of homes in 2013 of those homes was $630,000. The average sales price of homes in WaterColor west of Hwy 395 has ranged from $1.1million to $1.3million from 2009 thru 2013ytd. This is an important distinction in viewing WaterColor homes. Notice that the average days on the market has dropped pretty significantly to just over 5 months (163 days) and the homes are selling an average of 5% off list price. Inventory is also down.
